A team of professionals developed a brand new technology by utilizing experience of solving complex management problems at the Top level in Politics, Economy and Large-scale corporations. The experience includes analytical support of Top level Russian Government structures, participation in development of complex Information Systems (IS) as well as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and software applications for simulating Biological and Ecological systems.

Selection of descriptive geometry (Topology) as the main tool of representation of logics and comprehensions of meanings predetermined its name: Semantic Topology. It is the first time of accomplishing real transition from traditional Binary logics and Boolean algebra to Ternary systems assembled for 3D representation. Intelligent Information Systems based on Semantic Topology may simulate any complex system as well as ERP systems, Civil Societies, Ecosystems, Industrial Incorporations and Nationwide Politics.

Semantic Topology is a common 3D description of meanings and interconnections. 2D patterns of its surface named Semantic Algorithms. Semantic Algorithms is a unique and universal matrix-grid of meanings where one word has just one meaning and combination of grid-neighboring words interpret its concrete context.
